Unfortunately, it happens all the time, and nobody seems to be able to stop this trend. I am currently doing research for an article, and have observed buses going at least40 in our neighberhood, where the speed limit is 20. The worst part about it is that there are young children playing in the streets at the times when buses pass through, and they are at risk for being hit.
