Here is an interesting video on what Karpov thought of Fischer’s refusal to defend his title in 1975 World Championship match. Karpov sounds very humble in this interview and unlike Kasparov, does not claim that he was better than Bobby at that time, which we all know he wasn’t. He still isn’t.
